With over two decades of investment and advisory experience, Chris has played a leading role in some of the Development Bank of Wales' most successful investments and exits.
 
Since joining the organisation in 2003 as portfolio manager before joining new investments in 2007, Chris has helped deploy more than £115 million into over 275 Welsh businesses. Chris’s expertise spans both debt and equity finance, supporting businesses from early-stage growth through to expansion and succession.
 
Committed to a customer-focused approach, Chris works closely with business owners and management teams to understand their strategic ambitions and develop bespoke funding solutions that enable long-term success.
 
Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
